  • Poster session is open to all people who registered for the workshop.

  • Poster session will be held on day 1 (July 22), 7pm-8pm at the lobby.

  • Food and beverages will be provided.​​

• For poster presenters

  • Recommended poster size: 36 x 48 inch (width x height)

  • There is no printing station on site. Poster presenters need to bring their posters.​

  • Poster presenters can start putting up their posters from the morning of day 1.

• Best poster award

  • Awardees will be announced during the workshop (date&time TBD)
